Recently I was Interviewed by John Sonmez. John is the founder of SimpleProgrammer.com, and I’m definitely sure that you’ve already stumbled upon a post, video or Plural Sight course authored by him. I consider John as coach for Software Developers, and I remember that the first time I heard about him was through his complete and rich course titled How To Market Yourself as a Software Developer. Check this out, it is not affiliate link 🙂

In this course there is a section focusing on how to establish a blog and maintain it, I followed those tips and I was able to build a successful blog in one year. Hopefully I’ll be able to maintain bitoftech.net as this throughout the years 🙂

In this interview I talked with John about the start of my blog and the motivation behind it, as well how I was able to build good visitor base and loyal readers in short period of time, finally I enclosed some useful tips which hopefully will help other bloggers to maintain and build successful technical blog.

You can read my complete guest post on John’s blog.

Thanks for watching! I hope this video will leave a positive impact and motivate anyone wants to start a blog 🙂
